Coos Bay Library has teamed up with Coos Head Food Co-op's Outreach Coordinator, Jamar, to provide safe, easy, and healthy recipes to create at home. Join us virtually on Zoom for this fun community event!
Monthly Event: Every Fourth Thursday!
For this month’s recipe, Jamar will be featuring STUFFED CHARD ROLLS. Scroll down for ingredients.

Stuffed Chard Rolls ingredients:
1 Cup of Tri-Color Quinoa
½ Red Bell pepper
½ Cup of Chopped Red Onion
Salt | Pepper| 1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 Bunch of Chard for the Rolls
Spring Salad Mix
2 Cups of Bulk Spring Salad Mix
1 Cucumber
Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper (We will be using different portions from the above bell peppers and red onions to also go in our salad)
3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar (Bulk allows you to get the most bang for your buck when shopping)
Salt | Pepper
Tomato Sauce
3 Beefsteak Tomatoes
Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper (We will be using different portions from the above bell peppers and red onions to also go in our salad)
½ Tablespoon of Oregano
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
You will need:
1 Frying Pan with Lid
1 Small Pot for Quinoa
1 Bowl for Salad
1 Spatula
2 Big Spoon for Mixing
