Coos Bay Library has teamed up with Coos Head Food Co-op's Outreach Coordinator, Jamar, to  provide safe, easy, and healthy recipes to create at home. Join us virtually on Zoom for this fun community event!

For this month’s recipe, Jamar will be featuring COOS HEAD STIR FRY. Scroll down for ingredients.

Coos Head Stir Fry ingredients:-1 Sweet Onion-About 6 to 8 crimini mushrooms (can incorporate your favorite mushroom)-1 Jalapeno (optional depending on spice level)  -1/2 cup of chopped Broccolini -1/2 cup of Sugar Snaps-Ginger fresh-Minced Garlic -1/2 cup of chopped carrots- Olive Oil- Sesame Oil- Soy Sauce - Cumin- Salt- Black Pepper- Coriander- Red Chili Peppers (optional depending of spice)
