VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Coos Bay Public Library has partnered with South Coast Business to recruit volunteers for their VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE (VITA).

 We meet at the library every third Saturday!

Program is for those who wish to practice their Spanish conversational skills and help other learners in a friendly setting.

Coos Bay Public Library, in partnership with with American Sign Language instructor, Kandy Bergquist, will co-host ASL Practice Place every third Thursday of the month on Zoom!

Get involved with your community and joing the Teen Advisory Board!

Open to teens 12-18, group members will:

• Help plan programs for other teens
• Earn service hours
• Gain leadership skills

Learn to create your own journal. Something sturdy enough to take anywhere with you to help when creativity strikes.

The Young Writers Group will meet at the Coos Bay Public Library from 4:00pm-5:00pm.  The program is designed for writers ages 12-18 to jumpstart their writing.  Each week, we'll have a writing prompt or game, time to write independently

Coos Bay Public Library, in partnership with yoga instructor, Kelli Bosak, will co-host Community Yoga on every second Wednesday of the month.
