October's Friends of the Library book sale will feature a table sale in the library's Cedar Room and lobby.  Come check out the great selections. 

Join us for Storytimes in the Park at the Mingus Park Amphitheater at 11:00am on Wednesdays through October 27, rain or shine!  Stories, rhymes and songs.

Program is for those who wish to practice their Spanish conversational skills and help other learners in a friendly setting.

The Young Writers Group will meet at the Coos Bay Public Library from 4:00pm-5:00pm Thursdays throughout October.  The program is designed for writers ages 12-18 to jumpstart their writing.  Each week, we'll have a writing prompt or game

Forever Young is an 18+ book group for adults who read teen fiction. FY alternates reading a single book as a group and having more open discussions of many books around a particular theme.

The Coos Bay Public Library Foundation is holding its annual fall fundraiser, After Hours at the Library, on October 9, 2021 at 7pm.  Due to indoor limitations, this year’s event will be virtual.
