Management and Through Somatic Release Techniques

SOMATIC - affecting or characteristic of the body as opposed to the mind or spirit.

Book Brunch is a book club devoted to reading, unrestricted by genre, plus, of course, brunch! Each month we will read a book, then meet the second Saturday of the next month for waffles, orange juice, coffee etc., and a chat.
