Join Frank Kaiser and members of the North Bend Prospectors to learn how to get started in the gold prospecting hobby. Includes a discussion of methods, equipment, and the best spots to find gold legally in the area, as well as a demonstration of some of the equipment. Also get introduced to the Coos Bay Library's brand new gold panning kit, soon to be available to check out through the new Library of Things!
