Empowering Teens Through Zines

Express your voice and creativity in this zine workshop and learn about the impact of creating zines for empowerment and the interrogation of social issues. Participants will learn the basics of zine-making including format and folding, mixed media and techniques along with content curation and expression. The creative possibilities are endless in zine creation. Each participant will complete a zine with the option of displaying in the Young Adult section of the library.
