The library will be closed Thursday, August 29th for Staff Training. Regular open hours resume Friday, August 30th.

The library will also be closed Saturday, August 31st through Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day. Regular open hours resume Tuesday, September 3rd.

Celebrate Coos Bay's 150th Birthday by joining in a scavenger hunt that highlights our historic roots. Just pick up or download a clue sheet and then take a picture of yourself at each location. when you have completed the list come to the library to pick up a prize! Get a bonus prize if you post your picture to any social media platform and tag the Coos Bay Public Library!
