This class for novice email users will be held on Saturday, October 5, from 10:00am-11:00am at the library’s Internet computers (entrance at 9:45am).
Class is designed for users who wish to learn how to create and use a free email account. Attendees will learn basic functionality including how to read, create, send, and delete emails. Class will also cover how to view and attach pictures or other electronic files. Users will become familiar with Gmail terminology, proper etiquette, and other free email options.
Attendees should be comfortable using a computer mouse, the internet, and have a cell phone with text messaging. Seating is limited so pre-registration is required. Visit the Reference Desk, call, or register below.
